Yes. Sapan.com offers a business stationery design package that will leverage the unique features of your new custom logo and corporate image.
Q: Which package should I choose?
This depends mainly on the urgency you have, your preferences in reviewing designs, and your budget.
If you think you are fairly selective, and want to have more initial logo designs to review, the Ultimate package will be better. You will see at least 10 initial compositions, and you have as many revision cycles as you need to make sure you get all of your adjustments made.
If you are in a hurry and have a tighter budget, then the Standard or the Premium package might be a better option.
Q: What is concept?
Concepts are the mental representations of an individual that allows the presentation of appropriate inferences creatively on the given brief. Our qualified designers are trained to deliver creative concepts in the shortest possible time. Number of concepts shall depend on the package selected by you. Additional concepts over and above the selected package shall be offered, but at an additional charge.
Q: What is revision?
Call it alteration, modifications, rectification, correction or amendment, our designers would be ready to satisfy you in achieving your desired design. Number of revisions shall depend on the package selected by you. Additional revisions over and above the selected package shall be offered, but at an additional charge.
Q: How much time will you take to deliver the final design?
Time of delivery solely depends on the package selected by you. In special case (on consultation) one extra day shall be granted over and above the package.
Q: What if you do not send designs on time?
First of all, our designers are extremly punctual and are specifically trained to create designs in specific time limits. In case of a non delivery of designs on time we shall refund the full amount.
Q: How will I be able to use my logo?
Sapan.com will mail your original artwork (digital form) on your registered email ID. In addition, Sapan.com will save your final artwork for 6 months and on request from your registered ID shall resend. At additional cost, a CD with various print ready file formats (viz. CDR, EPS, PDF, JPEG & TIFF) can be also sent. You can take this CD to any service provider and they will be able to use your logo as directed by you.
Q. What if I don’t like the concepts presented or not satisfied with the work by Sapan.com?
We are confident that our design team at Sapan.com will meet or exceed your expectations. Designs at Sapan.com are created by qualified, trained, talented creative designers. We belive that you hvave checked our portfolio before assigning us the job. No refund shall be offered, if we have started working on your project.

Yes. Sapan.com is able to provide quality, prompt logo design services because all interactions occur over the Internet. Projects are started online and the design compositions are displayed to you via email, when they are ready.
